Ingredients
- Pancake Mix - 1 packet (500 grams)
- Water - 30 cups
- Kim Chi - 6 full leaves- Water - 30 cups
- Kim Chi Juice - 12 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 clove
- Green Onions - 5 stalks
- Leek - 1 stalk
- Oil - 9 tablespoons
Preparation
01. Pancake Batter Preparation: In a bowl, add 400 millilitres / 2 cups of water into 250 grams of pancake mix and knead evenly.
02. Final Pancake Batter Preparation: Place 6 leaves of chopped kim chi, 12 tablespoons of kim chi juice, 1 clove of chopped onion, 5 stalks of chopped green onion, 1 stalk of chopped leek, kim chi pancake mix and mix it well with a spoon.
03. Frying Pancake Batter: Heat up 3 tablespoons of oil over medium high heat. Place the mixture of kim chi pancake batter on the pan and spread it thinly and evenly with a spoon. Cook it for 1-1 ½ minutes until the bottom gets golden brown and crispy. Turn it over with a spatula or flip it and cook the other side another 1½ minutes. Flip both sides and cook for 30 seconds before transferring it to a serving plate. Repeat actions twice.
